Attitudes and the treatment toward you today is sometimes awful and unfair. The world's thought of helping others is how are others going to help me. Giving has been changed to I have to benefit from my giving. People including your family will try to use you until they get everything the want. They are ok with hurting the people that love them and want to help them. They don't understand that this causing the people they hurt to want to treat people like they are being treated. We think about changing who we are to stop being hurt. Thoughts of being mean and selfish runs through our mind. Don't let others change who you are. Continue to love and care for others even if they don't care about you. Stay close to God that he may strengthen you with his love. Loving your neighbor, turning the other cheek, loving those that hurt you, and giving to others especially family that won't give back to you is hard. God said keep your eye on him and he will supply your needs. Continue to let the God in you shine even when others show you darkness. Stay in your word and remember God's Amazing Love for you. Go pray for those that hurt you and pray the hurt doesn't develop in you. You can't control others but you can control how you respond. No matter what do everything with love and kindness.
