It is with deep gratitude and excitement I share I’ve officially stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer of Beyond Appearance, carrying forward the vision my parents, Mari and Stanley Thomas began in 1985. My mother came to this country from Colombia and my father from India, two worlds that met through faith, love, and a shared dream. Together, they built Beyond Appearance to be more than a skincare spa; a sanctuary and safe haven where anyone who enters feels seen, cared for, and valued. Their story of courage and resilience has been my greatest inheritance, inspiring me to lead this business with the same heart they began with.

I’ve witnessed countless stories of vulnerability, healing, and transformation from clients who have known me since I was a little girl to those who have recently just discovered us. Each encounter reminds me that Beyond has never been just about skincare. It has always been and always will be about genuine human connection, one of the purest forms of beauty I know.

As I step into this new role, my promise is to continue honoring the heart of Beyond Appearance while leading it into a new season: one rooted in legacy, excellence, and genuine hospitality.
