It's true what they say. Every time you stay after being mistreated, it starts to look like permission instead of forgiveness.

Starting the summer off getting these kids up to date on all their medical/dental check-ups, then it's off to the islands. What are y'all plans for this summer?

June is men's mental health awareness month!

Check on the men in your life. Let them know that there is nothing wrong with seeing a therapist, seeking support, or finding someone you trust to talk to. Suppressing everything doesn’t make you stronger, it just makes the burden heavier.

We're all human. It's okay to feel, process, and ask for help when you need it.

Let people make their choices and move how they want to. You can't control anything except the way you respond. Respect their decisions and keep moving forward without carrying what was never yours to hold.
