I am a massage therapist , love what I do , its my passion We tend to live in our head most of the day. Deeper pressure can be applied with thumbs or elbows.
The most aggressive part of my typical massage is on the back/ upper shoulders and then the massage becomes a little more relaxing. I try to get the deeper work done first so by the end of the massage the person on the table is very relaxed and has that "glazed" look in their eye. I like to refer to this state of mind as "massage intoxication."I believe a good massage is done slowly. I like using
