It's that time of year again! Keep your immune system boosted by getting enough sleep, managing stress, and consuming plenty of fruits and vegetables.

I love learning about things I didn't know I didn't know. I am always a teacher but forever a student.

Facts about me...

I get up everyday around three in the morning. I usualy meditate, read or work on a project.

Nobody knows (well, they know now.)...

An ideal date for me would be the two of us reading a book on a secluded beach...at three in the morning.

Escape the ordinary...in your decor and your oral care products.

Did you know green juice has oral health benefits? contains a lot of vitamins and minerals. Be sure to include more vegetables than citrus fruits to keep the acid content low. When I juice, I like to use: kale, spinach, lemon, ginger, cucumbers, celery, green apples or pears.

Do you prefer an electric or manual toothbrush? I myself, like manual toothbrushes. However, I have ALOT of electric toothbrushes 😫 (for testing purposes).

Don't forget to brush your teeth before going to bed. By not doing so, the acid forming bacteria grows rapidly which leads to bad breath and plaque formation.
