Ingredients
The following amounts typically yield about 12 bombs:Meat: 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended for flavor).Stuffing: 4–8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, either shredded or cut into ½-inch cubes.Wrap: 8–12 slices of bacon (standard cut wraps more easily than thick-cut).Glaze: ½ cup to 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce.Seasoning & Binder:1 tsp garlic powder.1 tsp onion powder.½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp black pepper (to taste).½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for extra smokiness).½ cup breadcrumbs and 1 large egg (optional, to help the meat hold its shape).Recipe InstructionsPrep: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or your grill to medium-high heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.Mix Meat: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and any optional binders like egg or breadcrumbs.Stuff & Shape: Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions. Flatten a portion in your palm, place a cheese cube (or a spoonful of shredded cheese) in the center, and wrap the meat around it to form a sealed ball.Wrap with Bacon: Wrap a slice of bacon tightly around each beef ball and secure it with a toothpick if needed.Bake/Grill: Place the bombs on the prepared tray (or grill over indirect heat). Bake for 20–25 minutes until the bacon begins to crisp.Glaze: Remove from the heat and brush each bomb generously with BBQ sauce. Return them to the oven or grill for another 5 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize into a sticky glaze.Rest & Serve: Let the bombs rest for about 5 minutes before serving so the cheese sets slightly and doesn't immediately leak out.
Ingredients
The following ingredients are typically needed for about 8 to 12 servings:Dough: 2 cans (approx. 16 oz each) of refrigerated flaky biscuit dough.Cheese: 2 cups shredded mozzarella and ½ cup grated Parmesan.Meat: 5–6 oz of pepperoni slices, either halved or used as mini pepperoni.Seasoning & Oil Mixture:⅓ to ½ cup melted butter or olive oil.1–2 tsp Italian seasoning.2–4 cloves minced garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder.Optional: ½ tsp red pepper flakes for heat.Serving: 1 cup warmed marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.Recipe InstructionsPrep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a 10-inch Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.Cut Dough: Open the biscuit cans and cut each biscuit into quarters to create bite-sized pieces.Mix Seasoning: In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter (or olive oil), minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.Combine Ingredients: Add the biscuit pieces, pepperoni, and both cheeses to the bowl with the seasoned oil. Toss everything gently until the dough is evenly coated and the ingredients are well-distributed.Assemble: Pour the mixture into the prepared Bundt pan, arranging the pieces so they are evenly spread out.Bake: Bake for 30–40 minutes until the bread is golden brown on top and the cheese is bubbly and melted.Serve: Let the pan cool for 5–10 minutes before carefully inverting it onto a serving plate. Ingredients:
4 bread bowls (large round bread rolls)
400g spaghetti (cooked according to package directions)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes
1 can (150g) tomato paste
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Bread Bowls:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the bread rolls, leaving a hollowed-out center to hold the spaghetti. Gently tear out the excess bread from the center (you can save this for dipping or crumbling on top of the spaghetti later).
Make the Marinara Sauce:
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until soft and fragrant.
Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, sugar (if using), and season with salt and pepper. Stir and simmer for 15–20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and thicken.
Cook the Spaghetti:
While the sauce simmers, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Assemble the Dish:
Once the marinara sauce is ready, mix the cooked spaghetti into the sauce, tossing to coat the noodles evenly.
Spoon the spaghetti mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowls.
Bake:
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously on top of the spaghetti-filled bread bowls.
Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish & Serve:
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Enjoy your cheesy, hearty, and delicious Spaghetti in Bread Bowls! Perfect for a cozy meal with family or friends.
