ARE YOU EATING THE SAME FOODS ON REPEAT? 💙
Having favorite meals is perfectly fine. I have mine, too.
But one simple way to make your eating habits more varied is to look beyond the foods you reach for most often.
Different fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts, and seeds provide different combinations of nutrients and fiber.
You don't need to change your entire menu or try a new recipe every day.
You could start by:
🥬 Choosing a vegetable you don't usually buy.
🍓 Adding a different fruit to your usual breakfast.
🫘 Trying beans or lentils in a meal you already enjoy.
🌈 Including a wider range of colors on your plate throughout the week.
I like the idea of making nourishment an opportunity to explore, not another set of rules to follow.
You don't have to eat perfectly. Start by adding a little more variety. 💙
What's one food you'd like to include more often this week?

After decades of studying wellness and human performance, I've learned to be curious about new approaches while asking questions about the science behind them.
I don't believe every wellness trend deserves our attention. And I don't believe something should be trusted simply because it makes an impressive promise.
I want to understand the research.
I want to know what the evidence actually shows.
And I want to ask thoughtful questions before deciding whether something belongs in my own wellness routine.
That curiosity led me to explore LifeVantage and its Protandim Nrf2 Synergizer.
One area of interest is the Nrf2 pathway, which plays a role in how our cells regulate their response to oxidative stress.
It's an interesting area of research, and it raises important questions about how we support our well-being as we age.
But here's something I always come back to: prevention and healthy aging are bigger than any one product.
Our daily habits matter. Nourishment, movement, sleep, stress management, and informed decisions all have a place in the conversation.
I'm interested in understanding the science, asking better questions, and staying open to learning.
Because when it comes to wellness, I believe curiosity should always come with critical thinking. 💙
Have you heard of the Nrf2 pathway or Protandim? What would you want to know about the science behind it?

One thing I want women to think about is the environment we create around our meals.
If we’re rushing through our food, eating at unpredictable times, or constantly grazing throughout the day, we may not be giving our bodies the consistency and calm they need.
Meal timing matters.
Creating more predictable eating patterns can help your body know when to expect fuel instead of constantly wondering when the next meal is coming.
And when you sit down to eat, slow down.
Taste your food.
Chew thoroughly.
Pay attention to the meal in front of you.
Give yourself time to enjoy it instead of rushing through it.
Wellness isn't only about choosing nutritious foods.
It’s also about creating habits that support your body throughout the day. Nourishment, meal timing, rest, and the way we approach our meals all matter. 💙

For a long time, wellness can feel like it's all about doing more.
Move more.
Exercise more.
Eat better.
Accomplish more.
But I've learned that recovery deserves just as much attention as effort.
Rest isn't a reward you earn after you've done enough.
It's part of taking care of yourself.
Sometimes recovery looks like getting enough sleep.
Sometimes it means taking a slower day instead of pushing through.
Sometimes it means creating a little more space in your schedule.
And sometimes it means recognizing that constantly running on empty isn't a sustainable way to care for yourself or the people you love.
I don't believe wellness should leave you feeling like you're always trying to catch up.
Your body needs moments to recover, reset, and recharge, too. 💙
Where could you create a little more room for recovery this week?

As I’ve moved through different seasons of life, I’ve realized that aging can bring something incredibly valuable: perspective.
I care less about trying to keep up with who I was years ago and more about being intentional with who I am today.
I want to keep moving.
I want to keep learning.
I want to keep building strength.
I want to keep exploring.
And I want to make space for the things that bring meaning and joy into my life.
I’m 63, and I don’t see this season as a time to simply slow down and maintain.
I see it as another opportunity to grow.
If you’re entering a new season of life, I hope you give yourself permission to ask:
What is still possible for me?
Because there is so much more ahead. 💙

What worked for you 10 or 20 years ago may not work the same way today.
And that doesn't mean you’re doing something wrong.
Your life changes.
Your priorities change.
Your body changes.
Your needs can change, too.
Maybe the workout you used to love no longer feels right.
Maybe your old approach to food leaves you feeling restricted instead of nourished.
Maybe you're realizing that sleep and recovery need more attention than they did before.
This is not about starting over.
It's about paying attention.
Instead of asking, “What did I used to do?”
Try asking:
“What does my body and my life need from me in this season?”
Your wellness routine doesn't have to stay the same forever.
It can grow with you. 💙
What is one part of your wellness routine you've changed as you've moved into a new season of life?

Cycling taught me something my body understood before my brain caught up. The hard climbs made me faster. Not the flat miles.
Every climb wrecked me. Every time. I still got back on the bike, because somewhere I trusted the discomfort was doing something easy never would.
There’s a name for that logic. It applies to almost every system in the body.

When we talk about hormone health, it can be tempting to focus on one number from a lab report.
But context matters.
There’s a difference between total testosterone and free testosterone, and understanding that difference can provide more context than looking at one number alone.
Think of it this way:
Your body may have a certain amount of a hormone available overall, but that doesn't necessarily tell the entire story of how much is available for your body to use.
That's why I believe it's important to look at the bigger picture rather than becoming overly focused on a single number.
Your age.
Your stage of life.
Your lifestyle.
Your strength and activity.
Your overall wellness.
All of these pieces can be part of a much bigger conversation.
Your health is more than one number on a report. 💙
What is one health number you've learned not to look at in isolation?

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately.
Sometimes life changes the routine we’ve become comfortable with. A plan falls apart. Our priorities shift. Our work changes. Our relationships evolve. Our bodies change.
And suddenly, we start asking questions we may not have asked before:
Is this still working for me?
What do I actually want in this season of life?
What am I holding onto simply because it’s familiar?
I don’t think disruption is something we should seek out. But when life changes the pattern, we can choose to get curious instead of immediately trying to recreate what was.
Maybe different doesn’t mean worse.
Maybe this is an opportunity to reconsider what matters, what supports you, and what you want to carry forward.
💙 You don’t have to have all the answers. Sometimes the first step is simply asking a new question.
What is one thing you’re seeing differently in this season of your life?

TESTOSTERONE IS ABOUT MORE THAN LIBIDO. 💙
“Testosterone is exceedingly protective for our brain, for our muscles, for our bones.”
When we talk about testosterone, the conversation often centers around sexual health.
But testosterone is part of a much bigger picture.
For women, understanding hormones means looking beyond one symptom or one number and considering the whole body.
That includes paying attention to:
🧠 Brain health
💪 Muscle strength
🦴 Bone health
🌿 Overall wellness
And supporting your body isn’t always about adding something.
Building muscle through resistance training, eating well, getting adequate sleep, and creating healthy daily habits are all important pieces of the bigger picture.
The goal isn’t simply more testosterone.
It’s understanding what your body needs and having informed conversations with a qualified healthcare professional about the right approach for you. 💙
