Let’s talk about what’s REALLY damaging your lash extensions…

Properly applied extensions should allow every natural lash to stand alone—with or without the extension.

The problem? Our habits. Picking. Pulling. Scratching. Constant touching. Rubbing.

And TEXAS… 🥵 3-digit heat means you’re perspiring even when you don’t feel sweaty.

That invisible buildup matters. Sodium + sweat + oils can accumulate around the lash line and natural lash. If it isn’t properly cleansed, that residue can contribute to adhesive breakdown, causing extensions to loosen, slide, or fall out faster.

Then add facial creams, nighttime skincare, makeup, setting spray, oils…

NOT saying you can’t use them. Just understand: the more your lash line is exposed to products, oils and buildup, the faster retention may break down.

And yes, natural shedding is NORMAL. We lose roughly 3–5 lashes a day. But rubbing and picking can speed up fallout and put unnecessary stress on the natural lash.

💦 Can’t wash right away? Flush with fresh water.
