• Due to the governmental shut down of the salon industry, WOW! is temporarily closed through the end of May at this time. We are not canceling appointments so that we know who to contact when we are allowed to reopen. Please disregard any appointment confirmations through May 2020.

Dear Valued Guest of W.O.W! We Only Wax

We’d like to take the time to address the developing concerns encompassing the coronavirus (COVID-19) as you and our associates are the most significant part of our company and empathize with those who have been impacted. As always, W.O.W! and it’s associates are taking every precaution and measure to follow applicable occupational health and safety regulations every location and every day to help keep you healthy and safe.

We will continue to refer to the direction from public health officials and government agencies including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization to ensure we are taking the safest course of action. As our services offered can be very intimate, we encourage guests who do not feel well to reschedule to a later date and we would be more than happy to accommodate your request. As well, we also keep our associates to a high standard of cleanliness and encourage them also to stay home if not feeling well.

We have taken additional steps to help keep everyone safe as well as following our regular cleaning routines (as we do in any season or event) and some are listed below:

❖ All wax applicators are new for each application and are thrown away immediately after use - we never double dip
❖ After each guest, our beds are wiped with salon-grade disinfectant to properly sanitize the area
❖ All tools (tweezers, etc) are soaked in salon-grade Barbicide
❖ Gloves used during service are always disposed of after each guest and a clean fresh pair is used for every guest
❖ All brow shaping tools are new for each guest and disposed of at the end of service

Help keep the community safe, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends the following precautionary measures to keep you healthy and prevent the spread of coronavirus:

❖ Clean your hands often, wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. (If not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol)
❖ Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
❖ Avoid close contact with people who are sick and stay home if you’re sick
❖ Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow
❖ Clean AND disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily
