This season has reminded me just how important it is to feel seen and supported.

Working in a space where I’m constantly pouring into others, creating room for people to feel heard, valued, and cared for, it’s easy to forget how much it means when that same care is poured back into you.

Recently, my family experienced a devastating loss with the passing of my mother-in-law. She was compassionate, loving, and such an intentional grandmother to my son. This season has been incredibly heavy for us.

But in the middle of our grief, we have felt surrounded.
