New normal. Hope not for too long.

Dear friends,
As we try to find some since of normalcy in our new world let me assure you that we are taking this very seriously and have implemented a lot of new guidelines.
We ask that you respect the ‘new normal’ until we are in a place where it is safe for everyone to come out from hiding, whether that be from home or behind a mask.
Most of us are ready to do some hair however not everyone. So we will be slowly adding stylist back into the mix. The first week or 2 we will be working with a bare b***d crew so please be patient and respectful. As usual feel free to try a different stylist if yours is not ready and your hair is!
All appointments booked prior to Covid will be canceled. We apologize but there is no easy way to do this. We are working with your stylist to get you back on the books in a timely manner but timely was last month! Can I get an AMEN! Thank you so much for all of you that have donated, purchased Curbside Retail (you still can) and have prayed for us and called to check on us.
We have to operate differently for a while so read on to see how we will be operating moving forward…

• Call as soon as you arrive and we will let you know when it is time to come in for your appointment as we will have no waiting in the salon

• If you are coming for a cut or just a style please arrive with clean, dry hair because we will not be blow-drying

• Please wear a mask if you do not have one we will provide a new one and you will be asked to wear it during your entire appointment

• You will be asked to wash your hands upon arrival

• All chemical appointments will be pre-paid and it is non-refundable. We hate to do this but we have very limited time and every minute is highly coveted.

• We prefer you wear an old tee-shirt when getting color but we have smocks if you don’t

• When getting color of course you will be shampooed but we will ask you to hold your mask or a towel over your nose and mouth

• While your color is processing you will be asked to wait in your car or at the seating out in front of the salon. We will call you when it is time to come in to rinse & unfortunately you will leave with wet hair

• Please do not bring anyone with you, we will be limited on how many people can be in the salon and we have calculated that number to the tee in order to maximize our earnings and your needs

• We will not be providing any snacks or drinks for the time being so please bring your own

• Please only bring your keys and credit cards. No cash or checks please

• We live for you to book your next appointments however we will only be booking one future appointment until further notice

We hate all of this as much as you do if not more! Please understand this is not business as usual and will not be for a long time. If you choose not to go by any of these protocols we totally understand but this is what we have to do for our safety and yours. We appreciate each and everyone of you!
