Uptown Thai Massage & Wellness

✨ Grateful. Honored. Humbled. ✨

I’m deeply honored to be featured in Voyage Dallas Magazine as part of their Highlighted Local Gems series. The questions invited me to pause, reflect, and revisit my journey in massage and holistic wellness from a completely new perspective.

Sharing my story—honestly and wholeheartedly—was humbling, therapeutic, and unexpectedly beautiful. Thank you for allowing me to celebrate this path with passion, professionalism, and heart 💖😇🌈

My experience was the best massage I have ever received, Niki did an excellent job and made me feel so much better, the Spa is very clean with an atmosphere of peace and silence that makes you relax.

I’m not even kidding this was the best massage I’ve had in my life. As a working professional in the fitness and dance industry my body really goes through a lot and is in pain often and I need someone who can workout all the pain and soreness in my muscles. Not only did she actually use good pressure the whole time but, Grace knew how to get into the exact spots that were causing me pain and headaches. She even did a few mobility exercises to loosen up my muscles even more AND used tiger balm! I feel like a brand new human, and am going to be coming back often!! You must go if you’re in Dallas!!!

Amazing!! They were so kind and the massage was a real deep tissue massage. I feel renewed. Thank you so much. Can’t wait to come back.

UPTOWN THAI MASSAGE & WELLNESS

Nikki and Gina were excellent! Nikki's stretch and massage was top tier. She was kind and made sure I was well throughout the hour. I highly recommend this place and Nikki.

Nikki gave me a 90 minute massage today. She made more progress in relieving my neck pain than my chiropractor did in five plus sessions. I highly recommend Uptown. I already have booked my next appointment.

Grace, is her name!

This is my first ever review, and I’m only writing it because I still can’t believe I had the best massage experience of my life. Before my massage, I had lower back pain that worsened after returning from the soccer field, making it very uncomfortable. I decided to try massage therapy (my third time ever, lol), and Grace went above and beyond. She’s perfect, you can tell she’s exceptionally good at what she does and genuinely cares about her clients. She constantly checked if I was okay, monitored my pain levels during the massage, and even shared home remedies and exercises to try at home.

I’ll definitely be returning as a customer.
