This week marks the beginning of a new chapter.

We’ve officially passed our Health Department inspection, received final approval from the town, and we’re ready to welcome clients into FERN for our soft opening.

As we settle into our new home, thank you for your patience as we find our rhythm. Our greatest hope is that FERN feels like a place where you can relax, connect, and feel completely at home.

🌿 A new chapter is about to begin.

After years of welcoming you into Luxe & Dahlia, it’s time to welcome you somewhere new.

Over the past few months, Kayla and I have been quietly building something we’ve dreamed about for a long time. A space that reflects not only the work we do, but the way we hope people feel when they’re with us.

In early August, Luxe & Dahlia will officially be moving to 113 School Street, Unit A in Danielson.

Don’t worry- we’re only moving a block away. You’ll still find the same familiar faces, the same personalized experience, and the same appointments you’ve come to trust.

What will be different is the space itself.

You’ll notice a new name when you arrive: FERN.

While Kayla and I will continue to operate our businesses independently, we knew this space deserved an identity of its own. One that reflects everything we hope it becomes- not just a salon, but a place rooted in creativity, wellness, connection, and community.

The past few weeks have been filled with inspections, paint, plants, furniture, and countless little details. With each passing day, it feels a little more like home, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Thank you for growing with us, trusting us, and allowing us to be part of your lives. We truly believe this next chapter will be something special.

And then there are places we visit because of how they make us feel.

The little café where they already know your order.

Those places become part of us.
I’ve always hoped Luxe & Dahlia would be one of them.

Not simply a place to have your hair done, but somewhere you can arrive exactly as you are.

A place where the outside world gets quieter for a little while.

Where you’re welcomed by name.

Where conversations matter.

Where leaving feeling like yourself again is just as important as leaving with beautiful hair.
