Hi! I hate bringing up topics like this, but if I don’t say it, you don’t know! So here’s the scoop!

I’m just putting out a reminder that I have a 48hr cancellation policy in place. Please try your best to give at least 2 days notice for any significant changes to your scheduled appointment so I have adequate time to adjust my schedule.

Failure to give enough notice for a cancellation may result in charges due, up to the full price of your scheduled appointment. This is for more extreme, repeat or no show situations.

I use my own discretion and try to be fair about implementing this, cuz I am human too and know life happens! But hear me out, if I have 3 appointments for the week all cancel without enough notice to fill those times, I am loosing all that income.

It’s not a big problem once in a while, but when I get so many in a month it’s hard to keep up, and stop from getting super frustrated.

Please know it is never personal if you get charged a fee. It’s very hard for me, every time. And it’s simply that this is my job and my income.

On the flip side thank you to everyone who shows up for me consistently and the new ones who give me a shot! I love you guys for making it possible to do this as my job!!
