🚨💈 Looks like the booking system is back up and running properly. Going forward everyone should be getting text confirmations again for the booked appointments. Also all clients will now have the ability to cancel or modify their appointments up to 3 hrs befor their appointment time. (The white text over a white screen on the confirmation page is also fixed)

Thank you all for hanging in there as we tried to fix the many issues as fast as possible.

🚨💈 I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by my booking service this week. Unfortunately, the system has not been working properly on my end either, which has left me unable to assist many of you the way I normally would.
I understand that my clients come first, and I never want scheduling to become frustrating or difficult for anyone trying to book an appointment. I truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while this gets resolved.
I am currently in the process of finding a new booking service that will be more reliable and provide a smoother experience moving forward. Thank you again for sticking with me through the inconvenience
