Honoring Our Time Together at Mane Haven Studio

Welcome new and existing clients. I wanted to personally go over my cancellation policy to ensure fairness to all. Please read over carefully, and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly.

At Mane Haven Studio, I strive to create a peaceful, healing experience for every guest who walks through my door. As a solo practitioner at Sola Salon, I pour my heart into each appointment—carefully preparing treatments/services, curating organic products, and ensuring your time here nurtures not only your hair and scalp but your overall well-being.

To honor both your time and mine, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling any appointment.

✨ Appointments changed or canceled within 48 hours will be subject to a $50 per hour fee based on the length of the service.
✨ Missed appointments with no notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service to the card on file.
✨ If you arrive late to your appointment, it may result in needing to reschedule, and the full service amount will still apply.

As a small, independently run studio, every session is thoughtfully planned. Each week, I manage not only each services tailored to you, but also the ongoing cost of organic supplies, tools, software, and weekly rent. When appointments are missed or canceled last minute, it creates a ripple effect—not just in my schedule, but also in my ability to serve others who are waiting for openings. I understand emergencies happen and I will accommodate them accordingly with our rescheduling process.

I share this with much love and respect, trusting that this understanding supports the balance and wellness of both client and stylist. Your support allows me to continue offering the intentional, high-quality care you’ve come to expect at Mane Haven Studio.

Mane Havens new location!

Mane Haven Studio is officially open! New Location for all further appointments will be at 301 Newbury St Danvers MA 01923 Suite 17.
