If you’ve ever felt curious about Reiki, not just receiving it, but actually learning how to work with Reiki yourself, this is your invitation. 🤍

Reiki Level I is where we begin.

You’ll learn Reiki within the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage, exploring its history and principles, the energy system, traditional hand placements, self-Reiki, and how to safely and intentionally offer Reiki to others.

You’ll also receive your Reiki Level I attunement and have plenty of time to practice both giving and receiving Reiki in a supportive, small-group setting.

No previous Reiki or energy-work experience is necessary. You don’t need to already “know how” to work with energy. You come to learn.

In August, we explored what it means to trust your intuition. For September, we’re putting that trust into practice.

As the days grow shorter and the season invites us inward, The Resonance Ritual returns with Balance, a pendulum and chakra-balancing experience designed to help you listen to what your energy already knows.

You’ll receive your own pendulum and learn how to use it as an extension of your intuition, gently exploring which energy center is asking for your attention. From there, we’ll move into stillness with a guided chakra-balancing meditation, Reiki and an immersive crystal sound bath.

This isn’t about the pendulum knowing more than you do. It’s about quieting the outside noise so you can hear yourself more clearly.

Your pendulum is yours to keep, giving you a ritual tool you can continue working with at home as we move through the darker months.

No pendulum experience is needed. Come exactly as you are. ✨
