I know the term "wellness" gets thrown around often but honestly mental and emotional well-being impacts your physical health. Since August is National Wellness Month, the aromatherapist in me wants to talk aromatherapy to anybody that will listen(take a peek below).
Besides aromatherapy, taking a walk, lighting a beeswax candle, reading a book, binging a show, exercising, hanging out with my grandson (my personal favorite thing to do), cooking, or just sitting outside enjoying the sunshine on a beautiful day are the ways I try to balance the stress with the gratitude I have.
