🖤✨ A little rebrand magic is in the air… ✨🖤

Formerly known as Little Shop of Haircuts, I’ve now stepped into a new era as Hex & Fade — a name that feels a little darker, a little witchier, and a whole lot more me. 🌙✂️

The cauldron is bubbling and change is brewing! 🪞
I’m currently in the process of reinstating my Illinois license — and as anyone who’s tangled with the magic of state paperwork knows, it may take a little time. 🕯️

While that unfolds, I’ll also be filing for reciprocity in Indiana. I’m not yet certain where my new salon home will manifest, but trust that I’ll keep everyone updated as soon as the stars (and the states) align. 🌒

My barber license will be restored first, and then I’ll complete my continuing education hours to bring my cosmetology license back to life.

Winter weather update: I am closely watching weather and road conditions this week. As of right now I am planning being closed Tuesday and reopening for already scheduled appointments on Wednesday- the rest of the week, I will take new appointments between those appointments but may close early or open late outside of those scheduled appointments depending on weather. If this changes I will notify already scheduled appointments by text. If you may not be able to make it due to weather conditions please text me to reschedule. Keep in mind that I travel 50 miles each way to work so I will need at least two hours notice if you are unable to make it to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. My normal 24 hour cancellation policy will be waved this week during these weather conditions. Like always, please remain in your vehicle and text me-text is best since I may be with my last client, when you arrive for you appointment, I will meet you at the door. If you Uber or use MTD please let me know ahead of time that you will need me to meet you at the door as soon as you text.

Beard trims are back on the service menu!! $20 alone or $35 for a beard trim and a haircut! Book online using the book now button!

With the hectic-ness of the Holiday haircuts I completely forgot to announce the winner for the giveaway! The winner will be announced tomorrow!
