I am dealing with so many appointments being booked, and A LOT of clients are not paying their deposit invoice that is sent out.

I have always been extremely understanding & lenient on this in the past, but my kindness is starting to be taken for granted!!!

It is nearly impossible to “forget” about your appointment due to the fact that I have it set up to where it manually sends you multiple text & email reminders.

Please understand that if your deposit is NOT paid within 24hrs prior to your appointment time, the appointment will now automatically be cancelled. Absolutely NO exceptions.

If your appointment is scheduled, and you reschedule OR cancel the DAY OF— you will still be responsible for paying 50% of the total cost of service from that day before rebooking any service. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

If you can’t make it, it takes ONE message to make me aware that you will not be able to come to your scheduled appointment.

How would you feel if you woke up, got your child ready for school early, got yourself ready, rushed to make it to work on time, set up your entire station, READY to make money to provide for your family, and oop……………
no call no show!!! 🙂

Imagine having a 2nd job you could be at instead AND being a full-time college student with your time wasted like that.

I understand things happen, and life is unpredictable. BUT. How would you feel if YOU showed up to work and your boss told you to turn around and go home because there’s no work, AND you’re not getting paid for it?!?!

Realistically, how are you supposed to provide?
How are you supposed to ensure your bills will be paid?
How are you going to put food in your child’s mouth & clothes on their back?
Pay for their school supplies & activities?
Health Care expenses?
Processing Fees?
Insurance?
School Loans?

Owning a small business is absolutely one of the most rewarding, yet excruciating challenging things that I have ever done in this life.

I know my small business owners feel every bit of what I said, and I hate that for us— but unfortunately it comes with the passion for this industry. I just wish it didn’t. I wish people respected us as much as we respect them.
