1. Ever wonder why you get ingrown hairs? It’s because sometimes instead of the hair growing out, it curls back and grows into the skin.. causing those irritating, painful bumps. Waxing removes hair from the root unlike shaving, so a wax + proper aftercare can help to reduce the number of ingrowns you may get.

2. Dragging a blade against your skin can leave you with itchy, painful bumps and burns. Waxing doesn’t! It also lightly exfoliates your skin in the process so think of it as a two for one!

3. As a strip is pulled, the top layer of your skin is gently exfoliated. This leaves you with a brighten and smooth canvas!

4. With every wax, you are removing the hair from the root. Over time, your follicle may become damaged resulting in finer hairs growing in. Sometimes the follicle is damaged so much, hair stops growing back in altogether!

5. Self explanatory! Shaving last what? Maybe 3-5 days max? Your hair, depending on where you’re at in your journey, wouldn’t start growing in until the 2nd to 3rd week.
