š” BBL HERO + HALO Provider Training
The best providers never stop learning.
I had the opportunity to spend the day with Amanda Randall RN at our Danville clinic for didactic, hands-on, and sign-off training focused on BBL HERO and HALO.
What continues to impress me about our providers at SkinSpirit is their openness to learning, asking questions, and refining their clinical decision-making even when they already bring valuable experience to the treatment room.
That commitment to continued education allows us to deliver thoughtful, individualized treatments while maintaining the high standards of safety and care our patients deserve.
Proud to support this incredible team and honored to play a role in their continued growth. š
Neck lines? What neck lines?! šāØ
These beautiful results were captured just two weeks after treating her horizontal neck lines often called ātech neckā with SKINVIVEĀ®.
Tiny microdroplets of hyaluronic acid were placed directly into the skin to improve hydration, smoothness, and the appearance of those stubborn lines without adding bulk or changing the natural shape of her neck.
If neck lines have been bothering you, this may be an option worth exploring. Send me a message or schedule a consultation to learn more! š
Individual results may vary.
Provider education is one of the ways we turn our commitment to safety and clinical excellence into action. āØ
Today, I had the opportunity to virtually train our West Lake Hills providers Amanda Bliss LME, CMA, CNA, National trainer, Laser Technician Amanda Bliss, Alexandra Winters Alex Winters, and Emily Watts Emily Orsak on BBL HEROic and MOXI.
We reviewed the technology, clarified treatment principles, and applied everything through a combination treatment on a live model.
I loved seeing their thoughtful approach, strong technique, and willingness to continue learning. Investing in our providers means creating the support they need to grow and ensuring our patients receive safe, thoughtful, evidence-based care at every SkinSpirit location.
This is what a culture of continuous learning looks like. SkinSpirit š

Another incredible day with the Allergan Medical Institute! š
Had the pleasure of training .sarai and Dr. Chen during a hands-on program focused on comprehensive facial consultations, facial balancing, treatment planning, and the Juvéderm® portfolio. We spent the day refining midface, chin, and jawline treatments using both needles and cannulas, and even had time to practice SkinVive⢠and discuss strategies for building a comprehensive aesthetic practice.
One of my biggest takeaways from the day is that great injectors donāt just master technique they master assessment. Every patient deserves a comprehensive consultation, even if they come in for a single treatment. Thatās how we create natural results, build trust, and develop long-term relationships with our patients.
Sarai and Dr. Chen, thank you both for your engagement, thoughtful questions, and commitment to continuous learning. It was a pleasure working alongside you, and Iām excited to watch your continued growth. š

Culture isnāt built in meetings alone, itās built in moments like these. š
Grateful to have attended my first Open and to spend the afternoon connecting with providers and teammates from across the country. It was inspiring to see the passion, camaraderie, and pride that make SkinSpirit such a special place to grow.
As the Director of Provider Training, Iām excited to continue supporting our providers, learning from this incredible team, and helping create opportunities for growth together.
Thank you to everyone who made this event such a success. Already looking forward to next year! ā³š

Last night was a great reminder that some of the best learning happens around the table. š
Grateful to spend the evening with the incredible teams from SkinSpirit Presidio Heights and Noe Valley, learning from , Medical Science Liaison with Allergan Aesthetics, as she shared the science behind TrenibontE. The presentation sparked thoughtful conversations, great questions, and meaningful discussions about the future of aesthetic medicine. š§¬š¬
Iām continually inspired by the passion, curiosity, and commitment to excellence that our providers and operations teams bring every day. Collaboration like this is what drives us to keep learning and ultimately provide the best possible care for our patients.
Thank you, Krystal, , and the entire team for such an enjoyable and educational evening.
Happy Pride Month, San Francisco! š
As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Pride has always been a meaningful time to celebrate authenticity, self-expression, and the incredible diversity that makes our city so special.
With Pride weekend just around the corner, thereās still time for a few confidence-boosting treatments if youāve been thinking about refreshing your skin before the festivities. Some of my favorite options this time of year include SkinVive for hydration and glow, Microneedling with PDRN to improve skin quality, gentle Laser Facials, and treatments that help you look refreshed and well-rested.
Whether youāre celebrating Pride, supporting someone you love, or simply enjoying the energy of San Francisco, I hope this month reminds you to embrace exactly who you are.
Thinking about a pre-Pride refresh? Feel free to send me a message, Iād be happy to help you determine what might be right for your goals.
Happy Pride Month! š

We need to stop calling aesthetic medicine ācosmetic.ā š
Because when something is labeled cosmetic⦠itās often not held to the same standard as medicine.
And thatās where the risk begins.
This is one of the fastest-growing areas in healthcare but growth without standardization creates variability in training, outcomes, and ultimately⦠patient safety.
This isnāt just about aesthetics. š
This is about medicine. šØš»āāļø
As Director of Provider Training at SkinSpirit, my focus is building structured, evidence-based training that ensures providers are practicing safely, consistently, and at a high level.
If you want to better understand what this means for you as a patient, I expanded on this in a recent article.
