First stop outside the Bay Area and the beginning of an exciting month of provider education with SkinSpirit. 💚

I spent a day and a half with the Newport Beach team training on BBL HEROic, HALO TriBrid, and Contour TRL resurfacing, including NanoPeel, MicroLaserPeel, and Deep Resurfacing.

What impressed me most was the experience this team already brings to laser and light-based treatments. Their clinical knowledge, thoughtful questions, and strong hands-on technique allowed us to move beyond the basics and focus on treatment customization, patient selection, and creating meaningful outcomes.

A little Throwback Thursday to two incredible days at the AMI Training Center in Irvine and one week later, I’m still feeling inspired. ✨

AMI’s Patient Safety and Advocacy course went far beyond didactic learning. Through anatomy, case scenarios, simulation, and ultrasound, it reinforced an important truth: aesthetic medicine is real medicine, and patient safety begins with preparation. 💉

I believe every injector should experience this course, ideally before they begin injecting. For my fellow nurses, RNs can also earn continuing education credits.

From the temples and midface to the chin, jawline, lips, and perioral region, each treatment focused on restoring support, improving balance, and creating natural-looking results using both needle and cannula techniques.
