Hi everyone,

As the owner and a stylist at Zinc Total Salon, I just wanted to personally touch base about our 48-hour cancellation and no-show policy. We completely understand that life happens and unexpected things can come up.

That said, when appointments are canceled last minute or missed, it often doesn’t leave us enough time to fill that spot with another guest. Since our stylists’ income is based on the time we spend behind the chair, those reserved appointments become lost time and income for our team.

Our policy is simply in place to help protect our stylists’ time and keep scheduling running smoothly and fairly for everyone. We truly value each and every guest who supports our small business, and we appreciate your understanding, kindness and respect for our time.

Our student apprentice, Kayla, has officially graduated Blow-Dry Boot Camp and we could not be more proud! 🎉👏

After weeks of hands-on training, product knowledge, styling techniques and perfecting those smooth, bouncy finishes, she is now officially taking guests in the salon for long hair blowouts!

To celebrate this exciting next step, long hair blowouts with Kayla will be $30 (for a limited time) while she continues building speed and confidence behind the chair. 💨✨
