Today, I had the opportunity to share knowledge. My heart is so full because I love helping others in anyway that I can especially in the esthetics community. It’s always a blessing to be a blessing!

Hi All! Just wanted to give everyone a few updates with Andreá Kay Skin Studio . Some of my policies and procedures will be changing effective October 1, 2024.

My current hours are as follows:
Monday-Closed
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday-5:30-8:30 p.m.
Fridays-8:00-5:00
Saturdays-8:00-2:00

Please be mindful that I still work full time at an orthodontic office Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00 p.m. so I will not be available to answer calls and texts from my clients until my lunch break from 1-2 p.m. or after 5:00 p.m.

Also, all appointment inquiries via messenger and instagram will have a later delay. For a faster response, please text my business line (434)248-0404.

Because my schedule has increased, if you cancel your appointment it may be 3-4 weeks before I can get you back on the schedule. I do have a cancellation list but your appointment type will determine how quickly I can get you scheduled.

There will be random days that I will accept walk-ins and I will make a post ahead of time so you can have an opportunity to make arrangements.

Lastly, so I can ensure that my clients are receiving the best of me, I will be taking more time for myself to create a healthy work life balance. So if I’m closed for the weekend, I will not respond to messages until Monday after 5:00.
