With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our dear friend & colleague Sherry Hyler. A courageous battle was fought & now her peace and healing is found. She will be remembered for her kind spirit, warming smile, and friendship we are all the better for. ❤️

Effective today 5/20/21–Face coverings are no longer required in the salon for FULLY Vaccinated individuals. If you have not been vaccinated or yet to receive your 2nd shot—face coverings are still required in accordance with the CDC & the Governor. This update is effective for clients & staff!

RE-OPENING is Friday! As our previous post outlined, we will be following strict guidelines as outlined by the Governor. Face coverings will be required along with strict adherence to social distancing and crowd count. We look forward to seeing you again! 🤗

REOPENING INFO—As of today, Governor Northam has included salons and barber shops as part of Virginia’s Phase 1 Re-Opening plan that is scheduled to begin Friday, May 15. Please reach out to your stylist directly for info on their schedule. We will all be operating on an Appointment Only basis and will have to continue to comply with social distancing and adherence to crowd limits, along with requiring face coverings while in the shop for your service. We know everyone is eager for a cut or color and we look forward to returning—please keep in mind there will be updated precautions that we must follow in order to comply and be able to remain open and to keep us and you safe! Should any plans change to the Governor’s Phase 1 date, we will update you! Reach out to your stylist directly for scheduling or questions!

TO OUR CLIENTS—In accordance with the Governor’s mandate, Kokomo Salon will close for 30 days effective Wednesday 3/25. Please contact your stylist directly with any questions regarding rescheduling appointments. Please know that we appreciate you and we appreciate our work team!
