Ironically I (Savannah Lester) choose early childhood education as my major in 🎓High school. Then in 2020 decided I would just school✏️✂️📚 my kids at home. But as I look back over my Massage therapy career💆‍♀️ I think I’ve been successful because I like to educate. 🧠Knowledge is power💪. Hope you enjoy my education piece on this equipment/service we have at my office. It’s currently being rented over a long period in someone’s home because twice a day for 8 mins sessions is best results. Be on the look out for a testimony on the results. Also I’ve been playing around with a membership idea. So better make sure your following the page and like the post or comment F for following

👀No words needed here, just tuck this away in your memory:

So many people say to me: I didn’t know you had a sauna⁉️

I know some people frown at 🤖AI but until they take over the world 😂 I’m gonna say Chat is my friend and can help me accomplish so many hard tasks for me, not only finish them but do it in the blink of an eye.

These 3 LMT’s may not be able to work all your muscle problems out in 60 mins but you should let us at least let 1️⃣ or all 3️⃣try, I promise you in this category Chat canNOT out work us in😉. I give Chat an A for images, and being my soundboard on ideas but I’ll stick to these ladies for the hands on 💆‍♀️

Meet the staff Monday: Haven’t taken the time to advertise for Sara, mainly because she tends to stay booked out but months like this September have became a little crazy 🤪 if your body feels as crazy as her schedule maybe you need to book a massage 💆‍♀️

Fridays remind me of Boyle football 🏈 Kayla and myself Savannah are proud graduates 🎓 from Boyle. My parents both graduated from Danville ⚓️
Needless to say deep roots run here. Support local, support small.
Praying for a good season of games on both sides!

Ok central KY, Let’s show Andrea who loves horses 🐴 how many equine lovers do we have on this page or in my friends feeds? Put a hands up in the comments or tag your horse loving friends. Help a fellow horse friend out! Don’t be the kind of equine that acts like an a$$ 🫏 😂😆
