Green Grotto Rituals

Can I be real with you for a minute?

This clump of hair I pulled out of the drain is mine. 🫠

Every September, like clockwork, I seem to go through a massive shed.

This year, it’s been especially noticeable after medical adhesive, stress on my body, and my seasonal PMOS/hormonal symptoms getting louder.

It’s one of those reminders that the body remembers. Sometimes long after we think we’ve moved on, our bodies are still responding to what they’ve been through.

And honestly, this is part of why I talk so openly about PMOS, hormones, and body changes. I don’t share from a perfectly polished place—I share from personal experience, and knowing how isolating it can feel when your body suddenly feels unfamiliar.

So if you’re navigating your own hormonal changes right now, know you’re not alone. 🤍

If this resonates, stick around. I’ll keep sharing the products and practices that help support those changes.

Timeless layers, endless ways to wear them.

Beautifully defined curls or a soft blowout, this cut is designed to complement natural texture while giving effortless movement.

If you’re looking for someone who pays attention to the details and creates a timeless, versatile, easy-to-wear cut that truly works for you — you’re in the right place. 💜

Classic, effortless, and always in style.

The other day, I had the opportunity to bring a little witchy Reiki into a client’s home. ✨

Did you know Reiki isn’t just for people? Our spaces and pets can benefit from energy work, too.

If you’ve been feeling a little heaviness, unsettled energy, or unusual activity in your space, feel free to message me. We can chat about what you’re experiencing and whether some metaphysical support might be a good fit. 🕯️

Sometimes these things can also come up during your own personal sessions, so you can always start there and see what unfolds.

✨ Curious? Send me a message or book a personal session to get started.
