Mads’ Majestic Nail Policy
* $20 deposit is required to book a service. This holds your spot and will go toward the full service.
* You MUST cancel your appointment atleast 48 hours before your appointment for deposit to be carried over/refunded.
* If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded or carried over. Payments accepted are Venmo, Cashapp and Facebook Pay.
* After 3 cancellations in a row you may no longer be able to book with me.
* No children are able to come to any appointments.
* I no longer work over other techs work and will require a soak off if you have any others work still on, so please let me know when booking for any appointment! If you do not let me know ahead of time, I may not have time to fulfill your needs at the appointment.
* Any growth after 3 weeks will be charged as a full set. This is because I have more area to fill in as well as having to rebalance and build a new apex on the fake nail.
* Please be considerate of my time, sets can take up to 2-4 hours for intricate designs! Please if you are curious, send a reference photo and I will let you know about how long it will take!
* If a nail breaks/chips/cracks etc. in the first 5 days, I will repair it for free *up to 2 nails
* Once you leave my chair, all sales are final - no refunds - I will only offer to repair it!
* If you pay with card at your appointment, there will be a $2 fee!
