Uplifted Energies

We've invited a few friends to be a part of our Uplifted Energies Open House this weekend... and we're so excited to share them with you!

Brady Street Blends will be serving up drinks (and the first 10 are on us!). WeenBean Art and Tea is bringing her amazing blends for sampling, and Austin from Quartz Botanicals is bringing over some plant babies that will be for sale right here in the center.

You'll also find Shalee Talbert's beautiful prints, bouquets from Kasey Stock of Flowers on the Side tucked around the space, and plenty of local artwork for sale on the walls.

We'll have cookies, Snoops chips, and some other goodies too... so come by, grab a snack, and support some amazing QC businesses and artists!

Our mission has always been to make this space a community hub where local businesses and people can come together. Let's celebrate together! 💛

Lately I've been revisiting the Ashtanga primary series... and I love how the structure and repetition eventually melt into a moving meditation. 🧘‍♀️

I'm still learning the full series myself, so what I'm teaching is a modified version... which honestly makes it a great place to start, wherever you are in your practice.

Some of these poses are no joke, though. So I sent a photo of one to my favorite human pretzel, Abigail Webster Yoga & Bodywork and asked if she could do it...
