Going forward, I will unfortunately be instilling a cancellation policy 👎🏼

If you have a track record of being late/ missing appointments I am now giving myself full discretion to not allow you to book in the future.
Now I don’t want to enforce strict rules because life happens to everyone and I like to think I am very understanding. However if you have developed a bad track record, I have no other option than to respect my time and allow another person the opportunity to join my clientele in your place.

I sincerely hope I will NOT EVER have to enforce this on any of my lovelies. But it’s becoming a bit of a problem 🙈
