Dear Clients,

Today was a very difficult day for me as a salon owner.

For the first time, I experienced a situation where a client did not want to pay after her nails were completed because of the price. What made it harder is that our pricing was already discussed and transparent before the service started.

In the moment, I had to make the difficult decision to ask for help handling the situation. Honestly, I’ve been thinking about it all day, and from the bottom of my heart, I truly feel bad for the girl involved. I never want anyone to leave feeling upset, uncomfortable, or unhappy. At Novel Nail Studio, we work very hard every single day to create a space where people feel cared for, beautiful, relaxed, and respected.

Today, I feel like I failed to make that happen.

Running a small business is not always easy. Behind every appointment are long hours, rising costs, creativity, patience, and a genuine love for what we do. Every set of nails is done with care, detail, and heart.

I’m not sharing this to shame anyone. I’m sharing this because I want to be honest and transparent with the people who support me and Novel Nail Studio.

To all of my clients — thank you. Thank you for trusting me, supporting my work, understanding my value, and allowing me to continue doing what I love every day. I appreciate all of you more than words can express.

I will continue learning, growing, and trying my best to make every experience better.
