Most people think root chakra healing is about red crystals, grounding, and feeling “stable.”

But the root chakra actually forms before we have language.

It holds the emotional imprints of:
• how safe it felt to exist
• whether our needs were met consistently
• how we learned to survive stress
• what love felt like when we were small

If you grew up needing to be “strong,” adaptable, quiet, helpful, or emotionally mature early on your root chakra didn’t learn safety.

It learned survival.
