Last but certainly not least in our 6 YEARS of TriBellas owner spotlights… Allysia Lane! 🤍

A few things you may not know about her…

✨ She’s mama to Kesler & Lennox — one boy, one girl and plenty of chaos. 😂
✨ Married to Brad — 10 years this October 8th! ❤️
✨ She finished cosmetology school in 2008, where she met Kaitlin — and her childhood bestie Cortney eventually met Kaitlin too. And the three of us ended up here! 🥹
✨ She’s the social media girl behind TriBellas — the posts, pictures, flyers, reminders, random ideas and “wait, I need a picture of that!” moments… yep, probably her. 😂📱
✨ Her favorite color is teal.
✨ She LOVES coffee. ☕️
✨ She is always snacking. If there’s food sitting around the salon, she knows about it. 😂
✨ Her sweet spot? S’mores. Give her anything graham cracker, chocolate & marshmallow and she’s happy. 🤎

From weddings and babies to careers, business ownership and everything in between, we’ve truly grown up together.

OWNER SPOTLIGHT ✨ Cortney Zamora!

Six years ago, the three of us took over an existing salon and started the adventure of turning it into what you know as TriBellas today. And if there’s one thing every business needs, it’s someone who actually understands the numbers… enter Cortney. 😂👏

A few things you may not know about her…

✨ Cortney and Allysia have been best friends since SECOND GRADE — so yes, they’ve basically grown up together. 🥹
✨ Kaitlin and Cortney’s story goes back to a very memorable night—Allysia actually introduced them at Kaitlin’s 21st birthday at Maddens, and the rest is history. 🥂
✨ The three of us have truly done life together—in each other’s weddings, through babies, careers, moves, and every season in between. 🤍
✨ She’s married to Matt, her high school crush. ❤️
✨ She’s mama to Sophia, Will & Victor.
✨ Her favorite color is purple. 💜
✨ Favorite food? Mexican, hands down. 🌮
✨ You can almost always count on her having Polar Ice gum nearby. 😂
✨ Fun fact: Cortney also LOVES skunks… yes, even the smell. (We don’t question it anymore. 😂)
✨ When she’s not behind the chair, one of her favorite places to be is UP NORTH. 🌲☀️
✨ And around TriBellas, she’s officially our financial/numbers girl. If there’s a spreadsheet, a total, a percentage or something that needs to actually make financial sense… we send it to Cortney. 😂

From being little girls in second grade, to meeting new friends at birthday parties, to building a business together and walking through every major life milestone side by side—it’s pretty incredible to look back at how it all started.

Cortney is hardworking, loyal, talented, and the one keeping the rest of us financially in line. 😂 She’s been such a huge part of building TriBellas into what it is today, and we are so grateful to do life and business with her.

Cheers to 6 years, Cortney—and to going from second-grade besties, to a Maddens introduction, to business partners for life. 🥂🤍

Six years ago, the three of us took a chance on an existing salon and started turning it into something that truly felt like ours. Over the years, we’ve changed the look, grown our team, learned A LOT, made plenty of mistakes 😂, celebrated some really big wins, and built a salon we’re incredibly proud of.

So this month, we’re putting each of the three women behind TriBellas in the spotlight. First up… Kaitlin Sharp! 🤍

A few things you may not know about Kaitlin…

✨ She’s a natural redhead — yes, that gorgeous color is the real deal.
✨ She’s married to Dustin and is mama to their 7-year-old daughter, Ireland.
✨ Their family also includes Cocoa the dog and Patsy the cat. 🐾
✨ If it’s pickle flavored, she’s probably going to try it. 😂
✨ She’ll choose salty over sweet every single time.
✨ She met Allysia and Cortney while she was in cosmetology school with Allysia — and somehow that turned into all of THIS. 🥹
✨ Her first salon home was Salon BeauNash… the very salon that, years later, we would take over and transform into TriBellas. Talk about full circle. 🤍
✨ She’s also a big reader—if she’s not behind the chair or running the salon, there’s a good chance she’s lost in a good book. 📚
✨ And she’s the owner you’ll speak to if you ever ask to talk to a manager. She handles all the complaints, tough conversations, and problem-solving, and always shows up to take care of things head-on.

Kaitlin has been part of this building’s story since before TriBellas was even TriBellas, which makes these six years feel a little extra special.

From hairstylist ➡️ business owner ➡️ problem solver ➡️ therapist ➡️ decorator ➡️ “figure-it-out-as-we-go” expert.

THREE FRIENDS. THREE OWNERS. SIX YEARS. 🤍

August is a pretty special month around here… it marks 6 YEARS of TriBellas! 🥹🥂

Our story started long before we ever dreamed of owning a salon together.

Cortney & Allysia have been best friends since second grade. Allysia met Kaitlin in cosmetology school, and eventually introduced Kaitlin and Cortney. Somewhere between growing up, standing beside each other in weddings, living together, having babies, building careers and doing life together… we decided owning a salon together sounded like a good idea. 😂

Six years ago, we took a chance and took over an existing salon with a dream of making it our own.

We changed the name. Changed the space. Built our team. Learned as we went. Made mistakes. Celebrated wins. Stressed over things no one else knew about. Laughed A LOT. Probably disagreed a time or two 😉… and always figured it out together.

Slowly but surely, that existing salon became TriBellas—and something we are incredibly proud to call ours. 🤍

The funny thing is, the three of us couldn’t be more similar yet different… which might just be the reason this works. 😂

But before we were business partners, we were friends. We’ve been there for weddings, babies, moves, career changes, hard seasons, great seasons and pretty much everything in between.

And now we get to add six years of owning a salon together to that list. 🥹
