Finally a rainy afternoon to finish a project that was started weeks ago. My old barber chair reupholstered, reassembled, and repolished.
Many thanks to JR Hutton of Hutton's upholstery Davison for the beautiful red upholstery. Thank you to Tim Barker of Barker's welding and fabricating for making new trim panels on the arm rests. Ready for work Monday morning.

Purchased new in 1960 by Ed Groner and my Dad, so many generations have sat in them in 65 years. This will be the 4th time they've been re-upholstered. Took the barber chairs apart today and sent them to JR Hutton and his wife. They are a local business and do an excellent job. Now to start polishing the chrome and aluminum.
A big thank you to all my understanding customers, who allow me to pursue my summer hay making. We made 462 bales off of three acres. A tremendously good yield. We are near 1000 squares for the season, with 5 acres to go. Then we start over with 2nd cut. Thank you so much again!!! See you at the shop!
