As we expand, it is important that we maintain a high standard of professionalism, efficiency, and respect for everyone’s time. To ensure we are able to serve each client properly and stay on schedule, please review the following updated service policies carefully:

Service Preparation & Fees

-Detangling Fee
Hair must be properly detangled prior to your appointment. If not, a $45 per hour detangling fee will be added to your service.

-Braid Removal Fee
If you arrive with braids still installed, a $60 per hour braid removal fee will be added.

-Bundle Prep Fee (Reinstall Services)
If you are reusing previously installed bundles for a sew-in, a $50 bundle prep fee will be added to your service.
Color Services for Extensions

-Lifting Policy
We lift extensions to a maximum of Level 6–7 only.
If you desire blonde tones, blonde bundles must be purchased. Lifting dark bundles beyond this point is considered a color correction service.

-Color Pricing Per Bundle
Color services are charged per bundle.
Example: If you have 3 bundles requiring color, you must select the color service three times at booking.

Prepayment Requirement

-All extension color services must be booked and paid for in advance.
-Hair Is Sold Separately
-Sew-in services do not include hair. Bundles must be purchased separately.

Silk Press & Natural Hair Prep

-Silk Press Add-On
If your hair is significantly longer or thicker than average, please select the appropriate add-on as described when booking.

-Pre-Color Shampoo Requirement
If you are receiving a color service on your natural hair, please shampoo thoroughly prior to your appointment to remove all product buildup.
Excess buildup prevents proper color pe*******on. If we must shampoo to remove buildup, it may add up to an additional hour to your service time.

Consultations

-Consultation Requirement
Consultations are required for all hair extension services as stated on our website.
If it has been more than 6 months since your last appointment with us, a new consultation will be required before booking.

Ideal for hair that feels dry, rough, or lacks elasticity. Moisture restores softness, flexibility, and hydration, helping prevent breakage caused by dryness.

✨ Protein Treatments
Best for hair that feels weak, mushy, or experiences excessive shedding or breakage. Protein helps reinforce the hair shaft, restoring strength and structure.

Too much of either can lead to issues — which is why professional assessment matters. At Jolorah & Co, our specialists evaluate your hair’s condition and customize treatments based on what your hair truly needs, not trends or guesswork.
