• NAMI: National Alliance on Mental Illness
or
• United for Global Mental Health

That means a 50-minute Mega class, booked full = $500 donated! ($1 x 10 people x 50-minutes).

On top of our regular Thursday schedule, we're opening 3 FREE Intro classes: a Mega & a Shred in the a.m. as well as a Mega in the p.m.
