Here are my steps for getting the best Frownies results:

1. Do your skincare first. Yes, you can absolutely apply your skincare before your Frownies.
2. Wet all of your patches, then WAIT. They need to get tacky before you start putting them on or they’ll slide all over the place.
3. Overlap your Frownies. There’s a reason we don’t use one giant patch. Overlapping the patches creates a stiffer, stronger, papier-mâché-like hold.
4. Cover your full forehead. If you’re in maintenance and don’t need your full forehead, that’s fine. But if you still have lines you’re working on and aren’t getting the results you want yet, cover the whole forehead.
5. Seal everything in. Once they’re all on, press a wet palm over the top.
6. Don’t try to move your forehead. Give your Frownies time to dry and harden.

That’s it. Lock in. Be consistent. Use your Frownies every night and commit to the long game.
