Truthfully…. I’ve never had a good skincare routine. Life is busy and it wasn’t a priority of mine until I started learning about skin health and the importance of starting early. Starting a consistent skincare routine (even a simple one!) in your youth is a lifelong investment! This year I am going to priorize my skin health by

1. Consistent, twice daily skin wash routine

2. Always washing off my makeup

3. Wearing sunscreen!! (hello😍 )

4. Drinking plenty of water

5. Using daily antioxidant moisturizer and adding a retinol
