I wanted to post a reminder of a couple policies that will be strictly enforced moving forward within my business:

Cancellation Policy- All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations made within the 24 hour window will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. “No-Shows”will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

Late Policy- If you are over 15 minutes late for your lash appointment and if you are over 5/10 minutes late for a waxing service we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame, also if
I do not hear from you 15 or more
minutes into your scheduled
appointment time it is considered a “No-Show" and you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

Please know that I am considerate of extenuating circumstances, but this is my career and want to make sure I’m providing consistency across the board.

I value all of my client’s time, as well as my own. So this policy will help me to ensure I’m offering my full availability to everyone. Please note, I hold myself to this same standard to always be promptly on time for your appointments.

I just wanted to make a post about my cancellation policy weather you are sick or something comes up! My app sends texts out 2 days before the appt & then the day before so anyone who says they forgot an appt will not be an excuse. If you cancel the day of the appt you will be charged 50% of the service you booked! So PLEASE LET ME KNOW 24 hours in advanced if you need to cancel & reschedule! I am the most understanding person when it comes to things coming up but this is a business & I have to stick to my policy! Thank you for understanding & being amazing with moving appointment times!

I am really starting to buckle down on my cancellation policy. With this being said as a Courtesy, please remember to call or text me as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment (24 hours in advanced) i would be happy to rebook your appointment for you or an easier way is to cancel and reschedule online on my website. If you miss an appointment or fail to give me a 24 hour notice you will be required to pay a 25% fee of your service total!
