Hey Y’ A L L! 👋🏾

Allow me to reintroduce myself! It’s been a long time, and I’ve made A L O T more friends since then!

My name is Ebony Newcomb, owner of Shear Hotness Makeup & Hair and Pro Hairstylist and MUA ! I am the poster child of Cancers (7/6/1985)... and yes we are really that emotional! When I’m not doing hair or makeup, I am steering the ship at home as mom to Ashtin, Braylon and Kennedy (can’t forget my fur babies Nala and Nash!).

Some of my favorite things are tacos, color corrections, natural glam, meeting/inspiring people, and dinner dates! My career in the beauty industry started sixteen years ago at PMTS Cincinnati ... and have been going full speed ever since! Makeup started out as my first love, but hair coloring has slowly (but surely) taken over!

Small but mighty, (I’m 5”2’!) some would agree that equality, following your dreams and never giving up are my true passions; as, I am pretty vocal about those on social media. As someone who sees beauty in everything that is authentic and imperfect, I draw inspiration from my surroundings. Surface relationships and conversations are my least favorite things, and are extremely draining for me! Meeting people and learning what fuels their souls sets M Y soul on fire. Music is one of my most sought after outlets, and can usually perk me up no matter what’s going on!

What R E A L L Y matters most in life: family, making memories/experiences, and living the life that I want to live... not how others want me to live! Miami is my favorite city to visit, and I am an A V I D Disney lover! If you can’t find me at Disney World, a concert or working... you will find me being a crazy cheer or football mom!

In the next F I V E years, I see myself starting a non profit to help women attend beauty school and conquer other dreams they probably thought they couldn’t accomplish. I see myself being a beauty business consultant and taking my businesses to higher levels. Philanthropy is dear to my heart, and I just see myself being a G I V E R!
