💙 As a mom, you do absolutely anything that needs to be done for your child. A few days ago, we finally received some answers about Oaklee’s medical challenges. While the news is life-changing and will affect our day-to-day lives, I am grateful that we now have the support and resources to help us navigate this new journey.

Being a single mom working two jobs to make ends meet isn’t easy, but Oaklee’s well-being will always come first. Her safe space has always been our dog, Riley. Within minutes of a meltdown, Riley can calm Oaklee and keep her safe—something that means the world to us. Oaklee’s medical team has recommended that Riley begin professional service dog training so that she can continue to help her in a deeper, more effective way.

This training, however, comes with a heavy cost—around $1,000 a week for up to 8 weeks. It’s not something I can manage on my own, but I know together we can make this possible for Oaklee.

To help raise funds, we’re offering autism awareness shirts ($20–$30) and decals ($5). Every little bit helps, whether it’s a purchase, a share, or a prayer for our journey.
