3 tips for winter skin 🌬
1️⃣ Use a humidifier next to the bed while sleeping.
WHY? Your moisturizer is drying out on the surface before it penetrates your barrier to actually hydrate.
2️⃣ Exfoliation weekly. Not daily. Not once a month. Small, circular motions with a clean washcloth and your favorite cleanser, followed by moisturizer, always.
3️⃣ Seal in your hydration at night with Aquaphor or a medium weight facial oil like rosehip or jojoba. Don't forget your lips. 💋

Students will be moving into the neighborhood for the Fall semester on August 22nd. We’re anticipating increased neighborhood traffic and less accessibility to the street parking located directly in front of Tend & Flourish.
