How I hold myself accountable as a Master Loc Educator:
I keep myself in check by remembering that I’m not just teaching a hairstyle; I am giving people freedom to express themselves.
My 'Why' is simple: I’m tired of seeing clients deal with thinning edges and heavy buildup because of 'fast' techniques that don't respect the hair.
I hold myself accountable by staying a student first. I still spend time behind the chair testing every method I teach, and I refuse to release a masterclass until I know it works for every hair texture.
My inspiration comes from seeing my students go from 'guessing' to 'knowing,' and watching them gain the confidence to charge what they’re actually worth.
