My model (and amazing client) Danielle from my class last Monday!❤️ We did 1 row of 24”⭐️ (Her color is from October!‼️)

I have a video of the technique I used to color these wefts over in my subscription 🙂‍↔️💞

Mastering genius wefts was a JOURNEY for me. I learned on machine wefts so I quickly had to adapt to stacking, pinning and stitching different. One small tweak can affect your entire row. The end result is so worth it because these wefts are the most comfortable, flat, versatile weft on the market currently. No folding, no return hair, and no excess shedding.

Mastering this service could easily bring you an extra $30-$50k this year (potentially more?!). The return on investment with extension education is unmatched in this industry.

I’m here to share everything I’ve learned, and all the mistakes I’ve made- so YOU don’t have to. Education streamlines the process of getting from point A to point B in your business.

Don’t fumble the bag this year sister! You deserve it and your clients deserve it! Don’t live the same year as last year. 🗣️

This class will stay very small and intimate so tickets are limited!! Link to purchase tickets are in my bio❤️

This was a looong day! I’m working towards trying to only be behind the chair for 6 hours at a time. When I do 8 hours it feels like I can’t do anything else that day because of setup cleanup + my back hurts LOL iykyk. I think I can also give my best 1000% by not overfilling my schedule. ❣️ my frontal lobe is developing

Doing the lords work🫡🫡🫡

Whenever I take guests that need an extension correction I do explain that my abilities are limited when we are working with wefts that I didn’t pick! For this guest I wouldn’t have chose a volume weft, I wouldn’t have chose this color, and I wouldn’t have chose the length and grams she has installed.

I think it’s important to explain what’s possible with their current situation and make a game plan for the next set of extensions.

A lot of us are taught to not touch hair we didn’t install BUT I do think as long as there’s open communication and everyone is comfortable moving forward- do it! If a client has unrealistic expectations and isn’t trusting of your professional opinion IN GENERAL I wouldn’t be moving forward with the service👏🏻 but a lot of clients just don’t know what they don’t know, you have to explain things to them and teach them! Show your knowledge ✨

Why narrow it down to one when you could post all 10🙂⭐️

Some people just have reallllyyyy photogenic hair and Jacqueline is one of them🙂‍↔️

I think in 2025 I want to start prioritizing getting my camera out again! (These were done with my phone) and getting more shots of my work (I’ve been lazy with that). But I think I stopped because nobody likes pictures anymore 🤔 but wooooweee there’s nothing like a good after shot😌

I always knew this day would come. I didn’t think it would be so soon. When I picked you out at the shelter at 19 I knew I was putting one of the worst days of my life on layaway. But I would do it again and again in any lifetime just to have you by my side for what short time we do get together.

You were my constant when nothing else was. You’ve moved with me across states, to 4 different houses, you’ve been there during 4 relationships, all while I was figuring my life out. You gave me unconditional love. You were there every day when I woke up, there at the door when I got home. You are the funniest most awkward dog I’ve ever met. You hate any delivery man of any sort, love naps in your bed and playing with your toys, and sunbathing.☀️ You are so protective and always made me feel safe.

You are my soul dog. I know I’ll never meet another like you. You’re taking a piece of me with you, a void that will never be filled.

This heartbreak is something I never could have prepared myself for. Something that I don’t think you quite understand until you’ve experienced true loss. But I know you don’t want me to sit around and cry (because it always stressed you out). Instead I’m going to remember all the love you gave me, all the memories I will never forget, and celebrate your life and the time we got to spend together. I love you so much Rex and I will never ever forget you. Rest easy my sweet boy 🕊️🐾

I’ve gotten a lot of questions on how you would ask your stylist for this! ⬇️

First I would show these photos duh😋
Second - use keywords like rooty, lived in, dimensional, neutral blonde. A lot of her dimension is her natural root which keeps her color low maintenance! She should only need color on her natural hair every 3-4 months😌

Its hard to give a formula because everyone has a different starting point so the process to get from point A to point B will be different for everyone😊

I really wish our education system was different. Because a lot of people come into this industry without the proper support and education needed to succeed. This industry is so competitive and you really really have to want it. But it’s so rewarding and can provide such a beautiful life🙏🏻

Something that I’ve experienced being a mentor, salon owner, leading, teaching etc… is you have to get real comfy with having strong boundaries and being ok with people misunderstanding that. Those that lack the ability to hold themselves accountable are typically going to view you as mean, judgmental, or harsh when you start to push them.

I didn’t get to where I am by having weak boundaries. As soon as someone disrespects me- you immediately lose access to me, my time, and energy. I don’t surround myself with people who don’t share a similar mindset or lifestyle…and I don’t allow people in that add negativity or stress to my life.

You should love and respect yourself enough to do the same. To value the people who have good intentions, and avoid the people that don’t. When people show me who they are- I listen.

You are 100% in control of your life and what you experience each day. It’s SO silly to sit and complain and feel sorry for yourself about things you can control.

I’ve lost a lot of people having this mindset, but in turn that made space for the amazing people that surround me today… and I don’t have a single doubt or regret about that🩷
