With my recent Craniosacral learning.. I realized that a wall chart and physical replica will be super beneficial to me and my clients as we explore the sutures of the cranium ie skull.

Did you know.. ?
These bones aren’t Fused together.
The sutures are moveable joints. Capable of being compressed, decompressed and shifting.

It’s slow work, it’s super light touch- almost doesn’t feel like you’re doing anything.
But the nervous system KNOWS and responds to the work being done.
