I’m at a City of Daytona Beach commission meeting, and they’ll be discussing final proposals for re-doing all t@he street-scaping on Main Street. This proposed “renderings” photos of what it will look like are a joke!! An amateur with Chat GPT could have done a wonderful job of capturing what it could look like. But a multimillion dollar professional street renovation corporation gives us what a 3rd grader would draw!! The City has probably already made up their mind and will shove it down our throats, whether we like it or not!💈

Just a reminder that we close for Bike Week, which begins on Friday, February 28. And, I’ll be going in for “total reverse shoulder replacement” surgery on Thursday, the 27th. I hope to recover during our “vacation”, but there’s a chance that the surgeon might break my arm while doing this procedure and I may be out longer than I’d care to be.
So, y’all might wanna play it on the safe side and book now for this week or Tuesday or Wednesday next week to carry you through until I get back.
Also, you can rest assured that if I’m unable to perform my tonsorial duties, Cory and Dukes are very good barbers and will be happy to take care of you.
I’ll take this moment to thank you ALL, for your loyalty, friendship, prayers for my recovery, and for being so understanding for our taking time off during Bike Week!

Tonight is the final night of a very successful “Walk Through Bethlehem”! Doors open at 5:30, so grab some friends and children and come on over and enjoy the sights and sounds of Bethlehem of old!💈

I’ll be in the shop, by myself on Black Friday. Then tomorrow, Saturday, it’ll be Cory and I. Dukes took the long weekend off. Call for an appointment, because it’ll be busy.

Cory killed it as always. Thanks brother for the great Hair Cut and beard trim. It was great being at the shop today after being away for 2months .

I had hoped we’d have the power restored at the barbershop by now. But, the 3 blocks west of Grandview on the north side of the street is still dark. I’m truly sorry for this inconvenience, but I’ll do my best to get you all taken care of, even if I have to be there during Biketoberfest. I’ll keep everyone updated.💈

It’s definitely a bittersweet day today as my 7 years at the Main Street Barber Shop Daytona Beach and 11 years as a Barber come to an end. I didn’t think today would be this hard but all good things must come to an end.

This is a bitter sweet moment for us as Rev’s (Mike Napier) 8years at Main Street Barbershop comes to an end this Friday August 23rd. If you would like one last cut by Rev or would like to stop in and say see you later this is the last week.

Rev has taken a great Full time position with the State of Florida and is continuing his Full time position at Rima Ridge Baptist Church as there Next Gen Pastor.
