Throughout a woman's lifetime she will go through many different health events, and our modern medical system has developed a "cookie cutter" model to treat us. We should not be taking a one size fits all approach to healthcare! Every part of your body is connected to every other part. Every symptom you experience is connected to every lifestyle habit you have.
Last week I decided to fix spaghetti for dinner as we had not had it in a while and pasta is my favorite food! I was really excited until about 20 minutes after I finished my plate...I was seriously down bad... I felt fatigued, sluggish, and my gut felt really really weird. My body has gotten used to eating healthier with not so many carbs, and when I gave it white flour pasta, it didn't respond well. I thought it would be no problem! but it WAS.
