I've learned for me success isn't necessarily defined as financial - it's having a business I’m proud of. It’s creating a place where people feel comfortable, supported, and wanted. It’s watching the people around me grow. It’s being able to help someone when they need it.

Success is coming home tired because I gave something my all, but still feeling grateful for what has been built.

I used to think success was a number - now I think it’s a feeling.
