I’m stepping down to limited part-time booking and need someone to take over the main studio space.
The suite has two attached offices, which will both be occupied. One by me, the other by an esthetician. Both which will need access to the sink in the main space. There is a shared storage closet inside of the space. The building has a shared bathroom, kitchen, and conference room. Located on the upper corner of 421 George Street. They have a farmers market once a week on the same street and you are surrounded by other businesses and able to participate in downtown events. The sublease is $950/month and will include electric, heat, central air, and water. Move-in date April 1st. Strong possibility of taking over the lease after one year. I will include a video in the comments showing the space.

Just finished these beautiful combo brows! Freshly done ✨Grateful for the trust this client had because she was SO nervous about getting her brows done but still really wanted them done 🖤 It’s super normal and common to feel nervous, but just know you are in confident and thorough hands with me! 🫶🏼❤️

Hi friends! I’m thinking about hosting pop-up events in the studio (Located in Downtown East De Pere). Things like vintage clothing, local artists, etc. Is this something you’d be interested in? If so - I’d love to hear what kind of day and time would work for most people! And if you have any recommendations on vendors and creators I could reach out to. This is not something I’m extremely experienced in but would love to utilize the space for something that is helpful to other artists and small businesses ❤️ Thanks for reading and for your input 😊
