Hello everyone! I realized that with so many new faces joining me over the last year, and with my recent move to Glossed Beauty, it might be a good time to reintroduce myself.

My name is Samantha Brown-Nooyen, LMT, and I am the Owner & CEO of Awakened Transcendence Health & Wellness.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent 23 years working as a CNA. During those years, I witnessed firsthand how pain affects every aspect of a person’s life. I saw how chronic discomfort can impact movement, sleep, mood, independence, and overall quality of life.

That experience eventually led me to pursue massage therapy and build a practice focused on helping people find relief, restore function, and improve their quality of life.

Today, I specialize in medical and therapeutic massage, with a strong focus on muscular dysfunction, nerve-related conditions, scar tissue work, rib dysfunction, and helping clients move and feel better in their daily lives. I am passionate about understanding how the body functions as a whole and identifying the underlying patterns that contribute to pain and restriction.

I am currently completing my esthetics education, which will allow me to expand my services to include corrective and restorative skin treatments. My goal has always been to provide care that supports both healing and confidence.

Awakened Transcendence Health & Wellness has grown far beyond what I originally imagined. What began as a passion for helping others has evolved into a vision for a comprehensive wellness environment focused on healing, education, personal growth, and whole-body wellness.
